hey guys there was a thread about a ebay manifold that looked to be a revhard copy but no one really had one to see its quality, well i ordered it and just recieved it. i cant really compare it to the revhard since i never owned one but this unit is solid and the casting is flawless im glad i picked this unit up. and for 320 usd shipped to canada that not bad at all, considering this is going on a daily driver car so i dont need no stainless manifolds that will crack sooner or later. here are some pics.

Looks nice. I hope it fits for you because some people (especially with ABS) have a hard time finding a turbo to work with it. Thats why I chose the ETD manifold.

Big ups for going out on a limb though!

those ports look a bit round for the KA.

are you using an on-center turbine?

don't forget to slow the runners and redrill the holes to make it alittle bigger. it will do wonders for the life of the manifold.

looks a bit better than my revhard did

like tat said, slot* the runners using a cuttign tool of some sort and drill out the bolt holes. this will allow for heat expansion and resists cracks greatly. i have had mine for over 2 years now with no issues.

also like mentioned the ports are round. take an exhuast manifold gasket and grind them out best you can, might have to do it at an angle

if you end up with a t4 turbo make sure to open up the manifold outlet to match a t4.

garret, turbonetics, and precision all have on-center turbos avaible. i now have a precision pt61 which im sure you just saw the thread about.

Great looking mani. I did see that one on eBay. Looks a lot like the Turbonetics KA mani.

thanks guys and yes im using a on center t3/t04b 60 trim with a standard shaft and i have both .48 and .63 turbine housings so i can play with those. as for te bolt flange stude holes they already came drilled open from the company so i guess they put some thought into the stud shearing issues the revhards where giving.

as for the sloting of the flange i will do so on my bandsaw when im assembling everything and portmatching with the oem gaskets will also be part of the setup.

all in all guys dont hesitate to buy this manifold its a great piece.

Keep us all updated on the performance of that manifold. I will consider purchasing it since that is within my budget.
