well my car (96 240sx) has been running great for about 3 years at 10PSI (F-max) but now I have a problem that has stumped the hell out of me.

Syptoms:light hesitation in throttle response, as if you disconnected the TPS, just doesn't have the spring it used to have in RPM jump.

massive power loss in any boost. As if I was misfiring. I can take it to red-line in vacuum with only minimal power loss, but if I get boost forget it.

Solutions I've tried.new fuel filternew ignition coilTPS checked, OKMAFS checked, OKthrottle body cleanedspark plugs gapped Ignition timing checkedNO CODES!!!NO VACUUM LEAKS!!Fuel pressure check, OK

I cleaned the MAFS with carb cleaner because it was seriously dirty, I may have hurt it, and that could be it, how sensitive are they to cleaning? any other ideas welcome.

was it doing this before you cleaned it?

are you using the stock MAS? if so see if a friend with a 240 would let you borrow it.... or try a junk yard (as long as you can return it if its not the cause)

done a compression check? (could be headgasket but not sure)

well it was stuttering at high RPM efore I cleaned it, then it worked great for about 3 runs, then all sh*t hit the fan. I'm pretty sure it's the MAFS, I am going to order the Cobra and get the new tune.
