i really need some help with my ka-t againn
it all started when i was driving down the rode and hit about 5 psi of boost then just drove normal
then all of a sudden all the power was gone and i pulled over and it died
i have yet to perform a compression test because i havent even been able to get the car home yet
my setup is a t25 set to 7 psi and a front mount intercooler

has anyone ever blown a head gasket and had this issue??

Have you checked your fuses?
My KA-T died on the freeway once, turns out it was a blown fuel pump fuse.

sorry to thread jack but i have head-gasket question. I'm about to do KA-T with stock block and was wondering what kinda head gasket i should use, Oem or cometic or..? Will metal head gasket seal well if i clean it really well with brake clean and rag. I dont think i will have funds to hot tub it or deck it.

OEM nissan head gaskets are good to 300-400whp on almost any nissan engine.

Best thing to do for a low power KA-T is a OEM NISSAN gasket, not a parts store, direct from nissan. And some ARP head studs for more clamping power and reusablity.

Certainly doesn't sound like a gasket issue
