I'm having problems holding boost on my KA. I have the profec-B. And i've already switched the dip switches on the back of the unit to control over boost. I'm only trying to boost about 4psi because I won't have the right fuel mixture after that. It doesn't "creep" it just straight climbs up. I'm wondering if it's because of the size of my turbo at all? maybe not? not sure? it's a TD06-20G off a GMC cyclone. any suggestions? new boost controller? or what?

It depends on what the minimum boost setting is on the wastgate actuator. Even with a boost controller you can't lower the boost past the stock setting.

What is the boost going up to??

the boost goes up to .5 bar...so around 7 psi..i want it to hold at 4 psi. i guess i can't go below the stock boost setting huh? I wonder what it's set at on a typhoon/cyclone?

Not sure what the typhoon runs stock...But I'm sure its more then 4psi. You could always go with an external wastegate. But that might be more trouble then its worth.

You might as well buy a fuel system to support 7 psi.
