why put the stock fpr back on?esahuque wrote:i'm sure it's not your tune. put a stock fpr in and see what happens.

contact jason ASAP and get your ECU re-tune.nismo_power wrote:okay so i dont have the cash to pick up a new fpr yet so i swapped out my ecu and to my stock one and it runs like 10x better but not perfect of course...so what should i do about my emance tune???will he reprogram it...
ive been trying to get hold of you 240sxvaj, came to your house today but you were not home...give me call...

so let's get this straight, you've got good fuel pressure now? you've got a stock ecu in w/370's and a z32 mafs and your car runs better. idk but i call bs. z32 and stock ecu's run horrible if at all. with a stock ecu and 370's you motor should be flooding or at least on the verge of flooding. maybe you installed the stock ecu first and now you have the tuned ecu in. idk but i just can't believe a stock ecu fixed your problem w/370's and a z32 mafs still in the car.nismo_power wrote:okay so i dont have the cash to pick up a new fpr yet so i swapped out my ecu and to my stock one and it runs like 10x better but not perfect of course...so what should i do about my emance tune???will he reprogram it...

I'm simply cooler then you are...esahuque wrote:damn you wd, you type faster. lol

true.im sure aslong as you dont drive your car or start up your car you should be ok.WDRacing wrote:Just so I understand this, you now have a stock ecu controlling 370cc injectors? If so, please stop, you're about two shakes from destroying the motor.
Get a fuel pressure gauge, beg borrow steal a wide band, verify everything. Emance hasn't been doing anyone any good as of late, but don't assume it's his fault. If the car runs with 370's and no tune, it sounds like something else to me.

to clear things up nismo_power is running an afcneo thats why he was able to run the stock ecu w/ z32 maf. yes it is very dangerous to run the stock ecu w/ 370cc but it was suppose to be a test to see if it ran better only. assuming he only did test run which will not mess up the motor unless if driven for long distance. because me and my bro ran stock ecu w/ 450cc to dyno shop and made it back home(dont recommend this to anyone).esahuque wrote:

If the picture that you draw is right then you have the fpr hooked wrong. the end of the fuel rail goes into the side of the fpr and out of the bottom piece back into the fuel tank.nismo_power wrote:no i have not removed the distributor...
believe it or not the stock ecu is running the z32 maf and 370cc better then the tuned ecu was...i didnt say it was running good but way better...and yes it was just a test...i do have a fuel pressure gauge and i waiting to get a little more cash to pick up a wideband...
so today i got the new fuel pressure gauge in and its still doing the same thing...the fuel pressure will not adjust between 20psi and 100psi???when you try to adjust it then the needle on the fuel pressure gauge just flys back and fourth between 20psi and 100psi???
is this right the way i have my fuel system hooked up??
