Im looking to get the Greddy turbo kit with intercooler later on for my KA-T. Is it any good?

Im debating this of the SR20DET swap. I hear the SR swap has alot of legality issues.

im assuming both would cost around the same... and you'd see about 40 more hp with the greddy kit...sr20det's aren't that powerful, depending on which one you get... i've heard stock redtops are only 180whp.. you can get your n/a KA motor to that with a lot less money... Personally, I would piece together a turbo kit, but Greddy would be good if you're wanting everything to fit right, and cost a little less.

Greddy claims their kits are legal in all 50 states... SR swaps won't pass inspections.. but here where I live, we don't worry about any of that..

Their kits aren't legal. They tried to make it but failed. Why nto go with our sponsors kit?IAP I'm running one currently. Yea stock sr is 180-200rwhp.But the engines are goign to even out with upgrades. My only pro on why to do KA-T is. Blow your SR you have to buy new swap.Blow Ka you can buy one her ein the states and just do and engine swap.

Ive had both motors in my car and while the SR is a good motor and Im pleased with it, I liked my KAT more, just dont push it too far or get a nice rebuild fi you want high numbers. The greddy kit is a nice kit, but you should look into our sponsor aswell, keeps this place going you know.

The Greddy kit is almost $1K more, and IMO looks cheesy.

Their DP and intake aren't as cool as IAP's either.

IAP vs greddy....Is it even worth to laugh at greddy's kit? GET the IAP kit asap. Before he is on backorder for a yr.
