first off the car.. 90 240sx running a sohc ka turbo.. Car is falling on its face right b4 it hits boost.. in every gear. if i watch my safc around 21% throttle it cuts out and when i say cuts out i mean there is nothign until i let off the throttle. Its getting extremly hard to drive. Checked all plug leads and everything is in tack no cracks or anything.. plugs rotor cap all done in october. Also i have started to notice sometime if i drive over some snow on the road and the engine bay takes on snow my lights dim and the altanator belt seems like it is squilig. checked it out and it seems to b a tad bit loose im going to tighten this up.. but i doubt that has anything to do with the car not being able to drive.. Please any help would b great thanks guys.. might i also add that i get the subaru sound from time to time like the engine has a dead cylinder?

Check any wiring if any of them are cut. Sounds like one of your cylinder is not firing, check the injectors.

How would i check my injectors for problems? They are 460cc rx7 injectors... Should i just pull on at a time and try to crank it over and see if its shooting gas out?

Noid light. Assume that your injectors are all operational because your car idles O.K. Right? Checked for boost leaks?

Better to use ether but whatever works i suppose. Brake clean eats up rubber pretty bad.

After pulling the plugs the front 3 cylinders are a white/grey colour on the tips and the 4th cylinder's plug is blac around the tip.. pulled the cap everything looked good no white build up on contacts and the rotor had some black markings on the top that came off when i touch it... the contact piece on the rotor is black coloured aswell... hmm.. Nothing to far out of place.. im guessing its time to chase this boost leak.. off to home depot i go to get some stuff to make a boost tester.. yea!... any thoughts??

Check your CAS/Distributor wiring and plugs, everything. Do the same with your MAF wiring.

Yea, i had that exact problem, it cuts out at about 2500 rpm and you cant get above 25ish, check your MAF wiring closely, mine was just close enough to the point that it looked attached but there was the slightest gap that made it not work

Sounds ignition related. What spark gap are you running?
