This is my first post, NOOB! I just have a quick question. If I turbo my KA and make it a KA-T will it pass. Basically my question is will a KA-T pass emissions, smog and all?

The mods are an AIP stage 3 kit and hopefully a top hat performance crate engine. hows this sound? I've been working alot so it will end up something close to this via mods. Will I pass?

I was thinking of registering there when I was planning an sr swap so I wouldn't have to worry about testing. So will it pass? or is that a little much?
