do any one know if i can get an elbow pipe made at any muffler shop or do i need to order it on line for a t3 t4 turbo for a ka24de-t

You will have to get the downpipe flange for your turbo and some exhaust pipe, and find out whether it is a 4 bolt flange or 5 bolt. And yeah, pretty much any muffler shop will do it for you. How much it will cost, I do not know.
