First run at just 1.2 bar (17.5 PSI) with the TEC3 engine management...

Dyno run 1

-----

Second run with 2 degrees more timing also at 1.2 bar...

Dyno run 2

-----

My boost solenoid took a dump right after the second run, so I'll continue when that's taken care of. So far so good. This is a built KA24DE-T bottom end with stock head and 248 duration cams. Mods include, but not limited to:

Ross pistons (8.5:1CR, 0.5mm oversized)Pauter rodsARP head and main studs / Fel-Pro head gasketT3/T4E .60AR(comp)/.63AR(exh) TEC3 engine management with Wideband O2 system (Innovate Motorsport LM-1)Much more...

Way to go p0rn!!! Can I call you p0rn? hehe :pface

Nice looking curves. One question... by 2 more degrees do you mean advance or retard? Cause at first I though advance but you lost 3 HPs there so I'm kinda stumped.

2 degrees advance. I lost 3 HP, but I gained 4 ft.lb of torque....kinda funny.

Yeah the torque peak moved back a bit, so that's why you lost 3HP... still funny enough

More gas and more boost....thats all I'm gonna say. Push her till she knocks a bit and bring her back down. Whats size injectors are you running?

The AF curve looks really nice, extremely steady. A head port and some bigger cams....well maybe not the cams since you don't rev to high. But a good head port for sure.

Looks great man, glad she's running strong.

Can you list all of your mods, if thats not a big prob. And Im woundering are the stock rods to a ka really weak? Could you boost high with just perf. pistons. Anyway nice #'s I am going to be doing sa,e setup soon but with an SDS standalone. Thanks
