KA-T dyno, little from roll

I got my car dynod on sunday and it made 377whp. can you tell that im boost creeping, just a little. the other one is me racing my friend richard. 92 mustang with headers, full exhaust, intake, 3.73 gears and 150 shot of nitrous. let me know what ya think..... i already know its ugly

Lighter car with more power.....duh he won.

377rwhp in 240 is just friggin insane!! How did you get the KA to withstand almost 20psi??

honestly, to make my KA hold almost 20psi, I did absolutely nothing. Stock block, rods, pistons, head gasket. everything is stock. All I did was bolt on the turbo and go. I also have a JWT tune which is obviously pretty conservative since I didnt blow anything : )

Just because it withstood it for one run, doesn't mean it will still be running like a champ 20k miles from now.

i know its not guna be running like a champ forever. one day **** will hit the fan and I know it. I guess im happy with the way it is right now and i want to change parts before i blow them up so i can keep this thing going. and i got the creep figured out, so no more.

My son's stock KA-T just broke a ring. We had heavy boosted maybe 20-30 times. Dynoed at 257WHP 275Trq.We're having forged internals installed as we speak. Calvert Machine Shop in Denton, Tx is doing the honors. It WON'T pop next time....(as long as we keep it under 20psi, that is) The KA24DE, imo, is a GREAT engine to play with as they are SO STRONG stock; but when boost is added, well anything over 10psi REQUIRES forged parts. As I said, just my opinion. FWIW.

Have you ever visited the ka-t section? Or ka-t.org there's alot of ka-t running over 10 psi

Runnign 8lbs right now, about to switch it to 13lbs I miss running 18 on my built motor... 8lbs feels like a honda....
