my engine overheated a little because i drove it for a like 10 min with a blown head gaset while it was super hot .

well basically i let it cool down and like 2 weeks later it sounds alright.

i really want to kat my setup but i am not sure what i should do....

i will still open the whole motor up and check everything but i was wondering would i need new internals? ( rods, pistons, valves, valvetrain?) or if everything checks out could i use my stock stuff?

or shold i just get my motor rebuilt first and replace the internals and then put kat?
