car idles great but when i try and rev up it just falls on its face. Its like im not getting any fuel to the motor. My AFRs are 16.8 to 17.6. I know thats lean so when i try to adjust fuel pressure from the regulator the higher i go the more lean it gets. I have 550cc injectors a Z32 maf and a chip from E-mance performance. I tryed to adjust the air but still the same. Anyone have any ideas. I would love the info thanks

An engine thats not letting you rev over 2.5k RPMs is a red flag for a MAF issue.

Do you have a fuel pressure gage?

Try bumping the fuel pressure up some more. It makes no sense at all that your AFR's would be higher with more fuel pressure. You can try it all the way to 60 without much worry about anything bad happenin.

So you have a wideband and its reading lean at all rpms?

Try running the car without a MAF attached.

Ok i will try it with the maf unpluged and the fuel pressure at about sixty. The AFRs are lean and i can not rev at all. Its like i said the idle is great but when i try to gas it there is nothing. It just drops rpms and stalls. I tryed to turn the air adjuster and nothing happins. When i start the car and it`s cold it runs rich like in the 11. As it warms up it goes to lean bad. Another question i have is where does the BOV go. or should go ?

Have you contacted Jason at E-mance? He is a really nice guy who will help you with any problems you have. Hit him up, I promise he'll try to help. I put my bov in the hot pipe after the turbo. If you have a chip from emance, was it tuned for 550's and the model maf you have?

What else have you done to the car? Is the MAF wired right? Are all of the IC pipe couplings attached?

When the car is first started it will run rich when it's cold. It's supposed to, then it will lean out as it warms up.

When you say "air adjuster" do you mean the idle air control valve? If so you shouldn't be touching that at all unless your idle rpms are to high or to low.

What wideband do you have?

What is your entire setup.

Double check FPR feed and return line connections. make sure they are not reversed.

I just finished fixing my car with the same problem and what it was for me was the 5v reference wire was backing itself out of my throttle position sensor. check your tps sensor. for me it was cutting fuel at 2500 rpm and would'nt kick back in till i hit wide open throttle. i'd check your tps. good luck

I had no 5v referance at the computer for my mafs. So i jumped a wire from my distributor and it still did the samething. i got a new computer and E-Mance or Jason sent me another chip thats set up for the N62 mafs,550cc injectors, and the turbo set up. will check the 5v for the tps.
