Well i finally broke the new clutch in and took it to the dragstrip in richmond yesterday. Track was prepped better than ive ever seen....here goes

1st run......The tires grabbed so well that my 3500 rpm launch dropped to 600rpm...lol ended up with a 14.8 @101.4 (2.66 60ft...lol)

2nd run...Feathered the clutch a bit more..spun second...14.4 @102.3 (2.43 60ft)

3rd run...Launched a little harder from 4500...spun a little in second.. [email protected] (2.10 60ft)

Wish i could have gotten a few more runs. I did some tuning earlier today and it is running quicker. These runs were completely untuned. Im installing my safc and aem wideband this week and i will be going back. Setup is revhard manifold, t4 on center turbo .58 turbine & .60 Compressor, JE pistons, apexi n1 dual exhaust, JE pistons, arp head studs. I was running on 7lbs

Let me know what you think...i know the 60' could be better but i was improving...lol

looks good, you dropped your 60ft time by .5 seconds in 3 runs, id say youre headed the right direction

just wondering..where does that turbo start spooling, and where do you see full boost?

Your trap speed is not good IMO.

Small turbine housing?

Seems like a .63 A/R would be a min.

It's a .58 T4 housing, it's big enough if not oversized for that engine.

At 7 PSI he should be making 250 - 260whp on that setup.

Ahhh, overlooked the T4...

Maybe his flux capacitor is broken?

starts spooling about 3K and i hit max around 5K or so....

Possible boost leak in the intercooler piping? I did retard the timing back a bit more today and it is a little peppier and more responsive..

I though a .58 was a pretty good size for our 2.4...I have some video but i don't know how to host it or anything...

Uhhhh...I think you mean ADVANCED the timing? Retarding moves it closer to TDC...less "peppy"

Once the turbo starts creating positive pressure it should only take a few hundred hundred rpm to reach 7psi. You should make full boost by 3500rpm at the most.

I bet you have a leak somewhere..Have you done a vacuum leak test?
