Is there much modification for a 95+ KADE swap into a 90 240sx than going with a earlier one? :help

Shouldn't be much problem. The motor drops in if that's what you mean.I've seen problems with trying to use a manual ECU for an auto car. I don't know if you are swapping to a car with a different transmission, but there ya go. Other than that you only have easily modified things to hook up. Vacuum lines, Radiator hose, PS lines(if you want it), all not too bad at all.

Some of the obd2 sensors might not like you though if you don't have a 95+ ecu...
