Could it have something to do with your clutch relay?

Yep so, apparently, when you check your grounds it's not good enough to just visually inspect them, because if that's what you do you might spend a whole week troubleshooting stuff, only to find out all you needed to do was take off your grounds, clean and sand them, hook them back up and then go drive around in your car that runs perfectly.

So for anybody searching for help with a motor that won't turn over, make sure you clean your grounds and don't just look to make sure they look good. I spent a week on this and all I needed to do was clean my grounds, probably just one of them.

My car is doing the same thing. I have a brand new Braille Battery and starter tested fine 4 times at Autozone. I realized I was missing the ground from the block to the ground coming from the battery so i out that in and got better response but still did not turn over. I will check the rest of the grounds but was wondering where they all are?

Starter, firewall, block, and where else?

Here's what I can remember off the top of my head: Starter, Firewall, Fuel rail to block, intake manifold, There's one near the radiator and I think another one on the exhaust side (don't remember exactly where). Make sure you don't just look at them but disconnect them, clean them, sand them, clean them again and then reconnect them. That's the mistake I made the first time.

Shame your edited the topic so, good trouble shooting trial and error, now someone finding it and using it are a little less likely

Ok so I cleaned all the grounds with sand paper from the one on the firewall, intake manifold, and all the ones by the battery location. I even sanded the ground contact on the starter and then tried to start the car. One sight mentioned the Cam Angle Sensor needs to be checked just in case oil got in it but mine looks brand spanking new inside. I got a better reaction from the motor and it it turned over once or twice but still not firing up. I had some head work done so I am wondering is it possible that the timing is off? Or its been sitting for a while so could it be bad gas? There's not much in there?
