I had the same problem with my KA24DE-powered Nissan Frontier before. When it rained it had this wierd hesitation when you pressed the gas. It would idle fine, and once it got past 2000RPM it would run fine... but lower RPM when the gas is pressed it would just seem as if it had no fuel getting to it. The next day in the sun??? Runs perfect. I've seen a LOT of people have this problem.
