KA starting issue... Video included

Ok I just installed another ka24 into my s14. It sounds like it's wanting to crank

But im having no luck. If you guys could check out this video and let me know

what you think may be happening would be greatly appreciated.

I have checked both . And I have them both .

if your mass air flow sencer is not hooked up and intake pipe not connected then it will not run rite

timing is wrong, same thing happen to me today,it sounded just like yours did then we check the distributer timing and bam it turn on the first try. This forum help me,zerothread/161707
