99% it's not your release bearing. if it were seized you'd hear a terrible noise every time you pressed the clutch pedal, and you'd probably actually still be able to put it in gear.
I'm guessing you have either a bad slave or master cylinder. Before pulling the transmission i'd suggest replacing them (replace the master with a NEW Tokico or Nissan piece, not an autozone rebuilt. autozone slave cyl's are ok).
If the clutch pedal feels normal when you press it, then it's not related to hydraulcs. With it in neutral and running, if you press the clutch, you should be abel to hear the gearbox stop turning. If you hear the gear box wind down and you still cant put it into gear, then that would indicate a problem with the gearbox. If you press the clutch and you Don't hear the gearbox wind down, then that points to a problem with the hydraulics.
With it in neutral and the engine running, with your foot off the clutch, try gently pushing it into first gear. The rpm's should to drop a bit and the car may even move forward slightly. If that happens then that's another indication that its something in the clutch system and not your gearbox.
Also, when you bled the system, did you bypass the damper assembly? it's completely superfluous and more difficult than it should be to bleed the system with it in place. I thought I was clever enough to bleed my system with it, but I never could get all the air out.
