KA slave cylinder on CA18

My CA18 slave clyinder is bad, I was just wondering what I should replace it with. Can I use a FWD CA slave cylinder, or a CA18ET trans slave clyinder. Or can/should I just use the old slave cylinder off of my KA24DE transmission? I searched for this on a few forums and wasn't able to really find any answer. Thanks.

all s13 are the same. KA one works fine.
