ka + rb20 turbo

someone wants to sell me a turbo for my car and i was wondering if the rb20 turbo would be a good turbo for my install? would it work fine or should i get the sr20 turbo. i plan on boosting 7 psi.

also how much hp would i gain? is there anything i should watch out for when buying turbos to know its bad?

ok so these are pretty broad ?????s. you might wanna be more specific on the turbos. s14 sr or s13 turbo. yes theres a differnece. but ill answer what i do know. im guessing you want an s13 turbo being as theyre easier to find. at 7 psi w/ that turbo you should be around 200 whp if that. someone correct me if im worng. as for quality of the turbo, check for shaft play or oil leaks. but honestly search and read around , theres and abundance of info.
