anyway top part of my radiator broke and im worried that some of the plastic might end up in the block, to be more specific its the top extension where the main coolant line runs to the block. is this posible or am i just paraniod? wish i had a koyo aluminum so i woulnd have this problem.

If its that big, it will either get caught in the radiator core, or ground to bits in the water pump. Either way, if your radiator is loosing chunks of plastic, its time to replace. Coolent comes back into the radiator from the top.

i have it and it works great. i have the mechanical fan with no shroud and my temp stays a few ticks below halfway.

there is an air bleed screw on top of the line above the power steering pump.
