KA powersteering pump compatability

My powersteering pump is squeeling like crazy right now and im going to replace it. the problem is, i cant find one locally. so i might get one from one of the members here on NICO. but, its an S14 pump. soo, my question is, are the S13 KA-DE pumps and S14 KA-DE pumps the same? could i just pull my old one out and bolt up the other? thanks

I don't think so, double check with the FA guys.

make shure u have fluid in your system, i know it sounds stupid but mine squeeled a whole lot whne my fluid was low

MM, a few months back, that was my problem. it was squeeling like crazy and i got home and it was really low. but now i have plenty of fluid in it and its still sounding like a pig.

oh and please no one tell me to just take off the belt and use no powersteering. if the car has powersteering, then its geared different.
