ka o2 sensor?

i tried searching but the search wouldnt let me put "o2" as a keyword.

But does anyone know if i can use a ka dohc o2 sensor for my ca18det? i knwo the harness wont fit so i'll probably have to do some splicing.

It depends, there are 2 different thread diameters. One is real small, and the other is larger (normal). If you've got the larger one the KA will work. If you've got the smaller one, you'll have to get one from a Z31 Turbo.

a real small one and a larger one hrmm. Any specific way to find out? the one i have is about the size of my ca one.

Well if you have a ka o2 laying around, take out the CA o2 and see if the ka one fits. It if doesnt, then that answers your question.

I'm pretty sure the S13 KA sensor isn't a heated O2 sensor. I don't know if that matters or not.
