KA not starting

ok ladies and gentlemen I have about lost it with my ka24de. I have a 93 240sx and it will not run. ran great and cranked it up after just moving it and ran for about 5 secs and died. I have fuel, fire,and it's in TIME. I changed the ecu, maf, dis, coil, even removed harness and checked connection. It does have a new fuel pump, filter, plugs, wires, dis. cap and rotor. please someone help I am stumped. thanks Lee

What is compression? If you have fuel and fire. And then it's in time it is going to run. Tried having gas pedal to the floor when cranking?Was the car sitting for a while? Anything been done to it?

nothing is done all stock. I drove it everyday. went to buddies house got out. went to crank it up cranked, ran for about 5 sec. stumbled then died. threw a knock snsr code. and thats it. comp.-good,spark-good,fuel-good,in time-good. I personnaly think its in the wiring. knock sensor was changed, sub-harness ohmed out good. any ideas? keep in mind I have been working on 240s about 3 years. mainly doing sr, rb swaps and im stumped.
