Ka lower harness on sr trany?

Hey guys, I finally got a red top for my s13. Well here is my question, there are the three plugs on the trany... with using the ka lower harness the speed sensor plugs in, but the neutral and reverse have different plugs. I want to put the sr plugs on the ka harness but both wires on the sr plugs are the same color... Any suggestions on what to do? Any input is appreciated.
