You can start by checking your fuel pressure to make sure it is within specs. You could have a MAF sensor problem or clogged catalytic converter.Check your secondary ignition also (plugs ,wires, cap, rotor etc.)

Ok I will check but I forgot to mention this but when I first start my car in the mrning and the motor is still cold it runs fine does that rule anything out that you said?

Possibly the secondary ignition, but as your car heats up it could affect everything.Got any codes ?
