Just replaced my timing chain guide and now my ka has absolutley NO power, it runs, idles weird. We lined up the timing like the FSM, Iam thinking it may be my internal timing, how can I tell if it is my motor timing or ignition timing?

well, a timing light helps.... If you ignition timing is off, or you made some small mistake like mixing up two plug wires or something it will idle and run, but like pure booty....

you can check the internal timing by following a few steps. And this is without having to rip off your lower timing cover, unless you are willing to do this. Is this an S13 or S14?

You can pull the first spark plug out and put a long screwdriver or something in there and crank her around by hand will looking at the timing marks on the crank pulley. This is the easiest way to be absolutely sure the first cylinder is at TDC. its simply where the screwdriver reaches its apex

the fsm picture kinda sucks for lining up timing, the most important thing you can do is line up all the colored marks on the upper timing chain with the marks on the idler pulley, and the two cam gears. There is only one right way to do this and still end up with the cam lobes facing "basically" outwards.

Additionally, there should be a mark on the idler pulley on the gear that attaches to the lower timing chain. This mark should be around 1 to 2 oclock, but it might even b 3 its been a while since i saw it. But if you are at tdc it just needs to be in this general area. if you don't see the mark you arent in the right spot.

if you pull the lower timing cover off you'll see the lower mark should be in about the 4 to five o clock position, but you probably don't need to take this step if the idler pulley marks are in the right spot

to check the distributer timing without a timing light consult "bad timing maybe" a thread on this page in the KA section, where i explain how to time your ignition without a light

overall, your lobes have to be facing almost entirely outward and slightly upward (identical to the cam sticky at the top of the KA section) when the motor is at TDC. however, on that sticky pay no attention to the marks on the intake cam gear, while the exhaust cam gear is correct for a standard S13 setup. this is going to be more uselful to you than the crappy FSM picture

Thanks for the info, KA24E btw, but Iam sure the procedures are the same, pulled the valve cover and looked, with piston at tdc, looks right on, did a compression and my numbers were:#1 - 150#2 - 155#3 - 153#4 - 150

???? Iam confused. Will it being off a tooth make a huge difference in power?

Maybe you just forgot or didnt completely hook up all the vacuum hoses afterward? This is usually the cause of lost power and weird idle after most internal fixes...
