KA is giving me problems.

I recently just put 100k on my 98 S14. Right before I hit 100k, my car was misfiring randomly. It didn't happen often, and when I let my dad drive my car it didn't happen he thought I was crazy. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I just moved to Florida, and my car was misfiring more frequently. I changed the spark plugs, plug wires, and distributor and it still continues to do it. Just 10 minutes ago I was cruising, doing maybe 55-60. Dropped it in to 3rd gear to mess around a bit, and the car was bucking at around 3500-4000 rpms.

My best guess is maybe it's my ECU? I did the 5 speed swap about a year ago, and used an ECU from a 96 240. I've been told that ECUs from Zenki's aren't fully compatible for Koukis, so maybe thats a problem (I've had a CEL ever since I put the ECU in, I've had one code for a TPS sensor).

UPDATE: I just pulled a code P0100 for MAF circuit malfuction. I know for a fact that when I put the car on a scanner before I moved, this code didn't come up.
