I looked into this and I just went with a CA18DET that I am building my self, ANYWAY....... the L series is the only fully counterweighted crankshaft nissan sold in four cylinders in the U.S. the Z series are only half =, like the KA. NIssan sells ka "racing" rods that are 172MM. which would be sick for a 2:1 rod/stroke ratio. then just some nice big 90mm bore pistons, it'd end up being about 2.2L, I beleive the engine mounts are the same, not 100% sure tho. er, wait mounts between Z series and KA series SHOULD be the same, L series are different.
