Does any one have information about mating 240 heads with the altima variant and vice versa any issues or problems just wondering and i have an extra head from a 240 i wanna throw on an altima

Anyone ? i know the altima is a transverse motor but i think its still possible if anyone has anything at all let me know

Altima heads will not work, the distributor ends up within the firewall.Shoulda searched, wouldn't have had to wait so long.
