I am having a problem with fitting a header into my 98 Frontier. I purchased a Pacesetter header for a 240, and it does not fit very well. I have seen some guys do these with success, but i am having difficulty getting it to fit without rubbing on the front driveline. Also there is an extra hole for EGR. Any help greatly appreciated.

The pacesetter doesn't even fit the 240 right, I know because I got one that I had to spend a day just rigging it to fit. The extra hole is for the AIV that is on the 240's, you can plug it up with a nissan part number 14052-21R00, should be around $10. Put it on to around 25ft/lbs should be good.
