KA Head Swap

k guys, i got a question that i am clueless to the answer. well anyways, i'm currently rebuilding my KA24E engine, full rebuild. and i was curious if a KA24DE head can be swapped onto a KA24E block? if yes, then can a KA24E intake/exhaust manifold fit properly onto a KA24DE head? i'm just wondering this cuz an auto wrecker here in town has 3 KA24DE engines, and i don't have the cash to buy the whole engine ($700/canadian), plus i've just spend $2000 on performance s*** for my current engine, but they said that they would sell me the head for about $100 canadian. And i am willing to do any valve work, port and polish, etc to the DE head. Thanks for your help.
