ka head swap

Car: 89 coupe with 91 dohc ka

so, i was wondering if it was possible to just swap the head off a 91 ka24de to a 95 ka24de block, are there any strange things going on with oil or water gallies, or maybe a different chain? i'm just wondering if it is nuts or easy. any help is appreciated. thanks
