my question is: if i send the ka harness and rb harness in to wiring specialties, after the two are spliced together does everything just plug in w/no wiring whatsoever? thanks

you should probably ask them since they will be wiring it.

i can only assume that yes it will be plug and play. Only one connector comes back into the power/relay wiring. Grey or brown plug r/h wheel well goes to the fuse and relay box on the passengers side. This is a good option to go with and have it done professionally otherwise you won't be too happy with how the motor runs.

Wiring specialists are plug and play, the only thing that isnt plug and play, is the lower engine harness, which you have to combine.

heres the lower engine harness write up for the the 240sx it only took me about an hour to do its easy. http://racebread.com/files.htm and you can find the engine harness write up for the s13 and s14 on there too its not that hard if you know basic electricity. and it will save you the money and if you run into to any electrical problems you would know what to look for if you do it yourself. plus i think the s14 is easier then the s13 cause you only have the m63 plug to worry about just remember if you do you own wiring use the ka wiper harness cause the write up for the s14 the wipers will not work.
