I have a 89 240SX KA24E Automatic, I just got another KA24E engine but it was pulled from a Manual Transmission. Is there any thing I should know about before I put it in that I may need? Or will this bolt on with no problem? If Parts are needed I can use them from another automatic engine right?

I'm 99.999999% sure that it doesnt matter. As long as you are just doing engine to engine and keeping the same transmission.

Buuuuuttt... What you should do also is take the manual transmission and all the interior pieces and do the 5-speed swap. You'll be much happier.

Granted. I am more worried about getting it back on the road since my Sable just bit the dust. Only thing is I dont wanna pay $45+ bucks for a tow.Have nor called and checked how much TBH So I may attempt to drive the current engine (Rod/Piston ejected from the block) 1.5 mi to the work site. Sound safe? Or a good way for my car to catch fire?

er... Have a buddy with a truck tow you. Get some chains and tow it. I don't know about engines that are ready to blow so I can't give advice on whether to drive it or not. If you do I'd stay SUPER low RPM's and take a fire extinguisher with you.

IF (and it's a big IF) you can get the engine to start you will be spilling oil etc every inch of the way. Oil on exaust = fire sooner or later.

Just because it ran after throwing the parts does not mean it will start. If they are running they will SOMETIMES keep running until you shut them off.

Get it towed. probably cheaper than any fire or ticket a police officer may give you.
