KA ECU tuned by JWT

Ok so i bought my 240 with a KA-T which was dona ghetto style. Just to give you a idea the BOV was after the MAF before the turbo!? so i got rid of it after the head gasket blew and overheated like few times and went with SR. so now the ECU that KA-T had was tuned by jim wolf. So my question is, is there any way i can sent them both ECU's and just like take the chip out of one and like reflash it or something and put it in to the SR ECU?
