ka-e vacuum Q.

well i just got done swaping in a newer SOHC ka into my car and I was wondering where a vacuum line goes ..... its starts from about 3" in. back from the throttle body on the fender side of the intake manifold and it points towards the battery.... any info would help thanks?

If it's the one that is about 1/4" diameter it runs across the top of the radiator under the plastic intake piping and goes to the little diaphramvalve gizmo on top of the evaporative emmissions canister over by the MAF sensor. I just took a look at mine and that appears to be the one you are talking about.
