I am doing a 5 speed swap do to transmission going out today. I need this info fast so i can start getting parts cause i leave for army in 3 weeks. Are the soch transmission and the dohc transmission interchangable. And what other parts arnt

Completly interchangable.Is the same transmission inside, the only difference could be one or two sensor that does NOT affect either transmission, ECU or engine.
