KA-E Intake Mani & Emission Removal

What are the two sensors at the back of the head that are attached to a bracket and have hoses which one appears to go to the FPR? Also what are the metal tubes running front to back along the fuel rail? Or better yet someone have some pictures of a stripped KA24E intake manifold.

The only thing on my E is the FPR and the idle thing on the middle of the intake mani. Everything else is off. I have maybe 7 inches of vacuum line, and that one tube that goes to the intake pipe next to the throttle body.

Have you checked my post for the KA24DE EGR removal? It should be similar.FPR and Idel are the the only things you keep and make sure the PCV hoses are replaced.

Same here. I love my SOHC. It kept up with a Cobalt SS (yes it was supercharged).

dont doubt that at all but when you saw it and no info was inside you did the biggity bump with your c0ck smugle teaching self

A few more questions w/o pictures.

So i keep the IACV and IAAC on the intake mani; do i keep them plugged into the harness and use them or simply keep them to seal the wholes?

what to do with the vaccum hose that went from the FPR to the tangled mess on the back of the head.

Since I can't get my secondary butterfly screws to break loose should i continue to use them...if so where should I pull a vaccum from? Or is there a nice trick someone knows to get them out. Also should I pull the rod out too if I get the valves off?
