KA-E ECU number designation

Is there a difference between ECU's with a #10 designation and #72.... will they both work just the same or is there a difference?

I'm swapping a KA24E motor into my truck (original engine=Z24). I'm planning on using the truck KA block with the 240sx intake, wiring, ECU and possibly turbo somewhere down the line.
