Im trying to get my swap started and im not getting any fuel to cylinders #2 & #3. When im cranking its popping all the time at number 1 and 4. i know they are getting fuel because they have fuel on the spark plugs. the others do not.

I have insured that timing is set correctly and everything is hooked up.

ECU/wiring would be the best current bet.

is it pretty common for these ecu's to go bad? I see alot of threads were simpling swapping out the ecu fixed the problem.

During swaps believe it can happen, I've never known a one to go bad without major work happening to the car/wiring.

Turns out it was the ecu. Put it in a friends car and it didnt want to start at all. So i bought a new ecu and played with the timing a little bit and she fired right up.
