Ordered a new CTS from courtesy nissan and upon install when I screw it in, it ends up that the plug is upside down, facing the opposite way it should be for the pigtail to connect to it. Called courtesy and they went over the part # with me telling me it was the correct part. Anyone ever have this happen to them?

This thread is for my dad. He's got a stock 240 back home where i'm from and called me with this problem so I made this thread to help him out. I haven't actually got to see the sensor but he knows his way around engines so from what your telling me we may be talking about something different. I dont see how he could overlook something so simple i'll talk to him some more thank you for your help

maybe if you put something on the threads you dont have to tighten it as much. its definitely annoying.

He told me he put a washer behind the sensor but it wasnt enough, dont know why he didnt try another washer. Like I said I guess I'd have to see it to see what he's talking about I dont even know what the exact problem is I just figured i'd throw this out there and see what I get. I greatly appreciate the feedback from you though
