ka crank interchange

i have a 1990 ka24e block, are the cranks the same as the 1991 ka24de crank?

-and if the are different can i use one and would it change the compression.thanks

Well to answer your second question, no. Stroke length is the same.

as for your first question im not entirely sure, it all depends on the oil pump drive system. I assume it is the same, and the pump drive slips on the snout after the timing chain gear (and uses same snout length as ka24e). If so, all other dimensions of the crankshaft are the same and you could swap it in.

I have no clue, but if you need a crank, I have 2 DE cranks laying around
