i just picked up a new ka-de to swap into my 89 coupe, im looking for some good mods for not alot of money, i head that u could put the pistons from the ka-e in and that would make a diff, is there anything i would need to do other then just replacing them, anyone know of anything els, other then the norm intake header and all that stuff.

Replacing the de pistons with e's will drop your compression...only good for a turbo. You could piece together a turbo kit via Ebay, Nico, etc. for less than $1000.

no it wont, it'll raise it. de pistons are about 9 or 9.5:1 and e pistons are iirc like 11:1.

Yeah my bad! I was thinking replacing the e's with the de's, which is what I'm going to do before I turbo it. My bad, I mixed it up!
