KA acting weird

Hey lately my KA has been idleing weird. The motor will be going normal but then shutter but won't drop rpms then shutter about 5-10 secconds later. I checked the plugs and they have carbon on them. The exaust also smells different. And when I accelerate if feels just a little bit underpowerd than usual. Could I be running rich, bad injectors or what?

Help is greatly appreciated.

also when I accelerate it feels laggy like turbo lag except w/o the turbo.

sounds like you might have one or more sticky fuel injectors. my take on this is where you mentioned the carbon on the plugs. you could try runningsome fuel injector cleaner through the gas or sucking in some Seafoam through a vacuum line. I'd look to see if it was all of the plugs or just one that is getting carboned up. if it is just one it is most likely a sticking injector on that specific cylindar.
