k24e to k24de,no fuel or spark?

I just swapped a K24de into my 89 240sx. I have two problems with starting the car. I don't have any fuel or spark at the engine, but the engine will turn over. I was wondering could it be with wiring harness from a 95 and up 240sx. i have two plugs under the dash that are not pulled up.it is the top two plugs in the picture. I used a 93 240sx 5 speed computer but my car is automatic.are the pinouts differant on a 5 speed computer than the ones on a automatic computer?any info that help?

if your useing a 95 harness then you need to use a 95 ecu as the harness plug is different than the ecu clip
