dont be stupid and throw money into a single cam. a decent duel cam motor set goes for 300. engine transmission ecu harness. advance the timing run 93 or higher. you can get ure basic rice intake. header. 4/2/1 or 4/1 if ure looking for top or mid range torq. fullexhaust. afc.

or kat. you wont beleive this but my buddy has a 97s14 with t3/t4 stock internals. 15 psi daily.

Thanks for the info. That's the reason I posted the question. So much info is available but I'm new to the 240 excitement. I've had the car for about 2 years now. It ran for one. I'm closing on a transmission now. I'm learning as I go.

There are some brutal SOHCs out there. Before tossing a statement out like that, I'd do a bit more homework.

Don't be so quick to take this advice.

He clearly isn't terribly familiar with either KA.

The best way to get the answer you're looking for is to keep searching Nico. No one thread could possibly give you as much info as you could find by searching.

Thanks . I've been researching myself and I've found most of the info I need up to this point. I'll post my pics soon to show you all what I'm working with. All help is not good help. The good help so far has told me what and where to search.

I love this site and some of the members are cool and informative.Others really appear to be a__holes.I
