These are my first coilovers I have ever owned. Just wondering if I can adjust the Damper when my car is on the ground or does it have to be lifted? Also how do I know how much damper is adjusted? Other than H for hard and S for soft? Is there a specific amount or one turn = 1.

yeah, if i were u i would do half turns, 180 degrees, at a time. a friend of mine got some for his Legacy and he left them at too soft a setting and his car rubs jsut a little bit. i am thinking of getting those for my car, they seem the same as the Megan Racing ones, and are a lil bit cheaper.
