Greetings Nico Club,

I recently installed Ksport pro coilovers on my M.

Has anyone had issues with K-sport coilovers as far as the rear being too bouncy? Even after I adjusted it (all the way hard, all the way soft, even midway), it still is way too bouncy based on my past experience with the cars ive lowered in the past. The front is perfect but again the rear is all over the place when you hit a bump. :wtf2:

I have looked at other coilover applications and some come with the strut and coil in one (like the ksport I have and also persons who have D2 coilovers) where others come with the strut and a seperate coil to replace the one there as seen in this photos

Is that spring something I need to replace also? as right now it seems to me that I have 4 sets of coils on the rear and I dont know if that is what is causing the bounce.

Any suggestions???? :gotme

Thanks Freddie, got your message. I posted a pic below. So I was right about there being too many coils! So I just remove the spring in the bucket huh

Dang that sucks they left your springs in there. I'd take it back so that if you need to adjust the coilovers it won't be on your time or dime.

damn Mc'lovin.. Did you get deployed or something??? We said report back in a week or so. :rotflmao

I'm just goofing off man. I'm glad that they worked out for ya. I've heard great things about K-Sport coilovers, well coming from the Honda/Acura community. The cost vs performance; was great from what a lot of the guys said.

Lol. The instructions included a supplemental sheet with badly translated Chinese asking to remove the oem spring, maybe they didn't read the manual. Regardless any good mechanic would know two springs is too much.

Hahaha, I knew I would get some flack for not reporting back, Yea, those guys who installed em didn't know what the hell they were doing. And they were supposed to be a well know place. Guess you cant trust referrals sometimes
